The OMFS ETR is present on this website as a searchable web-page and a PDF but, thanks to Frank Hölzle and his OMFS team in Aachen, we now have a limited number of hard-back copies of the ETR available on request (for the cost of postage and packing). If you would like a copy, use the contact link at the top right of the home page to send a message to the OMFS Section office with your e-mail address and postal address and we will contact you with the cost and route of payment.
