Announcement - 2025 Pre-Specialist Assessment dates - Sept 18, 20 and 21 Sept 2025

The 2025 edition of the Pre Specialization MCQ Assessment will take place online on:

Thursday, 18th September 2025, 8 p.m. – 9.30 p.m. CET for Europe
Saturday, 20th September 2025, 6 p.m. – 7.30 p.m. CET for America
Sunday, 21th September 2025, 10 a.m. – 11.30 a.m. CET for Asia & Oceania

On completing this 50 question Single Best Answer (SBA) assessment, participants receive their score and can review their responses and compare them to the correct answers. Always five questions (10%) were previously used in the EBOMFS exam.

The exam covers the complete curriculum of OMFS, runs online and takes 90 minutes. The European Association of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgeons is grateful to Medartis company for supporting this project with an unconditional grant.

The exam will use the same online resource as before https://omfsexam.examfolio.com/ provided by Ektimo. Users who registered last year, do not need to re-register and can use the same log-in as 2024. New users should register their details on the website. Exam details will be sent to all those who register.

The assessment results are not shared with anyone except the candidate. It is a formative assessment (assessment for knowledge rather than assessment of knowledge).
